Moore County Focus Group plans June meeting to share additional findings

The Moore County Concerned Citizens Focus Group will hold its next public meeting in June. Until then, residents are encouraged to visit the group’s website for information and updates.

In a statement, the organization said additional data analysis and community information are being added to concernedcitizensofmc.com “to promote transparency, awareness, and informed public discussion.” The group said it saw a strong turnout at its most recent meeting and thanked residents who attended and offered input.

The Focus Group said its members will meet with residents across Moore County in the coming months. They want to hear concerns, gather feedback, and better understand the issues affecting local families and taxpayers as the community prepares for local elections.

The organization also named four members who are running for public office:
• Regina Russell Adcock – Metro Council, District 5
• Robert Bracewell – Metro Council, District 2
• Hampton Hoffman – Metro Council, District 2
• Keith Moses – Moore County mayor

The group said it will keep reviewing and analyzing public information and plans to share more findings at the June meeting. The organization also plans to give an overview of the website and show how to access and use community data.
