Small Places, Big Purpose

The unseen hours, whispered prayers, and steady hands matter more than we realize

Ground Yourself

We chase big breakthroughs, but most of God’s best work happens in the quiet – while the world isn’t watching.

There’s a sacred simplicity in moments like this ... a warm cup of coffee on a cold morning, the smell of espresso in the air, and the hum of a place that feels like home.

My favorite local coffee shop isn’t just where I grab caffeine; it’s where I see purpose in motion.

Every latte poured, every conversation, every open sign flipped each morning is an act of faith. Faith that people will show up. Faith that the hard work matters. Faith that what’s being built - smile by smile, cup by cup - is part of something bigger.

Local, small business isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s long nights, early mornings, and prayers whispered between customers. It’s calculating payroll with a knot in your stomach and still choosing generosity. It’s showing up on days when the dream feels small and choosing to believe anyway.

But here’s the magic: God doesn’t need stages or spotlights. He does miracles in places that smell like espresso and in the early mornings.

I saw Him there – in laughter echoing off brick walls, in kindness exchanged between strangers, in the steady rhythm of hands that serve with love.

So, here’s to every dreamer behind the counter, every builder, every doer - the ones who show up with grit, grace, and gratitude.

Your work is your worship. Your excellence is your testimony.

Sip slow. Pray deep. Then go build something that honors Him and lifts others – even when nobody’s clapping yet.
