Rhonda Vincent & The Rage will bring bluegrass, barbecue, and a Fourth of July crowd to The Butt Ranch BBQ Theme Park in Mulberry for a benefit concert supporting area animal shelters.
The July 4 show is sponsored by Bad Byron’s Butt Rub. Tickets are $45 and must be purchased in advance. Each ticket includes a barbecue dinner. All proceeds will go to area animal shelters, including Friends of Animals.
Food will be served at 6 p.m., with music to follow.
Vincent, a Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, is one of bluegrass music’s most recognizable voices. Her career began when she was a child performing with her family’s band, the Sally Mountain Show. She later built a national following with sharp mandolin work, fast vocals, and a hard-driving traditional bluegrass sound.
Often called the “Queen of Bluegrass,” Vincent has performed with her band, The Rage, and has also appeared as a guest vocalist with artists including Dolly Parton, Alan Jackson, Tanya Tucker, Joe Diffie, and Faith Hill.
Her honors include a Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album, 19 International Bluegrass Music Association awards, and 89 Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America awards. She was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 2020.
The concert also comes during the nation’s 250th year of independence in 2026, giving the July 4 show an added patriotic backdrop.
