Jack, McLaren unveil limited edition whiskey

Limited Edition Whiskey for 2025 F1 Season

Jack Daniel’s and McLaren Racing have teamed up once again to release a special edition Tennessee Whiskey, celebrating their ongoing partnership and the excitement of the 2025 Formula 1 season. The latest McLaren Racing X Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey boasts a bold new design and an elevated proof, offering fans a taste of excellence inspired by both legendary brands.

This year’s limited edition whiskey is bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV), providing a richer and more robust flavor profile. The packaging incorporates striking elements that reflect the history and innovation shared by Jack Daniel’s and McLaren Racing.

“2024 was an incredible year for the McLaren Formula 1 Team, culminating in a Constructors' Championship win,” said Jamie Butler, Jack Daniel’s Global Brand Director. “Our partnership celebrates that same drive for excellence, and this year’s limited edition release embodies the spirit of Mr. Jack himself: ‘Every day we make it, we make it the best we can.'”

Nick Martin, Co-Chief Commercial Officer of McLaren Racing, echoed the enthusiasm. “We’re thrilled to introduce our third collaborative bottle with Jack Daniel’s, giving fans a unique way to commemorate another exciting year on the track.”

The whiskey stays true to Jack Daniel’s classic grain bill of 80% corn, 8% rye, and 12% malted barley. Distilled in Lynchburg, it undergoes the traditional charcoal mellowing process before aging in handcrafted American white oak barrels. The result is a smooth yet full-bodied whiskey with balanced notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, finished with a creamy, clean aftertaste.

Jack Daniel’s, one of the world’s most recognized whiskey brands, has been a staple of American distilling since its official registration in 1866. Today, it remains a global icon, with its products sold in over 170 countries.

McLaren Racing, founded in 1963 by Bruce McLaren, is one of the most storied names in motorsport history. The team has claimed 20 Formula 1 world championships and continues to compete across multiple series, including Formula 1, IndyCar, and Formula E. Beyond its success on the track, McLaren remains committed to sustainability, diversity, and innovation within the sport.
