DREMC to host free Home Energy Workshops

Duck River Electric Membership Corporation (DREMC) will host five free Home Energy Workshops in April to help residents save energy and lower utility bills.

Each session begins at 6 p.m. and will cover ways to improve home efficiency and rebates available through TVA’s EnergyRight program. A light supper will be served, and each household attending will receive a free home energy starter kit.

The free workshops are scheduled for:
• April 14 at the Columbia DREMC office
• April 16 at Columbia State Community College in Lewisburg
• April 21 at the Decherd DREMC office
• April 23 at the Manchester DREMC office
• April 28 at the Shelbyville DREMC office

Seating is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
