Jack Daniel’s is serving up something sweet this summer with the nationwide release of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Blackberry, a new addition to its flavored whiskey lineup.
The latest expression blends the brand’s iconic Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey with the rich, ripe flavor of blackberries, creating a smooth and approachable spirit designed for year-round enjoyment.
Master Distiller Chris Fletcher said the new release showcases the versatility of Jack Daniel’s signature whiskey. “The smooth, well-rounded finish of our Tennessee Whiskey makes it one of the most versatile expressions to pair with unexpected flavor,” he said.
“By adding the ripe notes of blackberries, we’ve created an approachable spirit that’s full of character, easy to enjoy with friends, and perfect for any season.”
Bottled at 70 proof (35% ABV), Tennessee Blackberry begins with the distillery’s classic mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. It’s mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal and aged in new, charred American oak barrels before being infused with natural blackberry flavor.
The new release joins Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, Fire, and Apple in the distillery’s expanding flavor portfolio. The company recommends enjoying Tennessee Blackberry neat, over ice, or as the base for a refreshing cocktail.
Available this month in 750 mL bottles, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Blackberry carries a suggested retail price of $21.99.
