Lynchburg hosted its inaugural Buddy Ball game on Saturday, Aug. 30, at the Moore County High School softball field. Players from Moore County and Tullahoma came together for a fun, inclusive night of baseball and community spirit.
Moore County players were Ryland Archibald, Carson Shipman, Avery Smith, John Laster, Cason Golden, Gabe Smith, Allie Smith, Hope Smith, Jacob Gray, Carter Ray, and Case Wells.
Tullahoma players included Rachel Bonner, Jaylee Swinford, Jayden Rojas, Leo Gonzalez, John Brotherton, Carson Rogers, Jaxx Jones, Aaron Robinson, and Kinley Sain.
A special thank-you goes to Derek Conn, Jason Conn, Jonah Deal, Stephanie Kimbro, John LaCook, Randa Prater, the MCHS baseball and softball teams, Marco's Pizza, and Kona-Ice for their hard work and dedication in making the Moore County Buddy Ball game a huge success.
