Motlow softball, baseball set summer prospect camps

Motlow State Community College will host a pair of prospect camps this summer for baseball and softball players in the 2027, 2028, and 2029 graduating classes.

The Motlow softball program will hold its Elite Camp from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, at the softball field, 6015 Ledford Mill Rd. The camp is open to players interested in learning more about the Motlow softball program.

Registration costs $75.

Motlow baseball will follow with its Prospects Camp on Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Motlow State baseball field, 6015 Ledford Mill Rd.

Registration begins at 8 a.m., and the camp starts at 9 a.m.

The cost is $75 for position players and pitcher-only participants. Two-way players who plan to work out as both a position player and pitcher may register for $100.

Both camps are open to athletes in the 2027-29 graduating classes who are interested in Motlow’s athletic programs.
