Raiderettes lose at Huntland

Moore County lost a 10-7 seesaw affair with Huntland on Wednesday. The Raiderettes' four-run fourth provided a short-lived 6-4 lead. Huntland answered with a pair of runs in the bottom of the frame, and tacked on four more in the sixth.

Jenny Sanders was 4-for-4 with two RBI. Whitney Fanning added three hits and scored twice.

Anna-Leigh Ross capped the Raiderettes' scoring with a solo inside-the-park home run in the seventh.

Moore County will play host to Fayetteville at 6 p.m. Thursday.
